RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your full-price item isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned after this period may not be accepted. We offer:

  • Refunds are available if returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items cannot be returned after 30 days unless they are faulty.

  • We do not offer exchanges. 

For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear and keep the protective hygiene sticker in place. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been worn, removed from its sticker, or shows any marks, stains, or damage.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with hygiene liners and swing tags attached. 

 


Full-Price Items

Full-price purchases are eligible for:

  • Refund within 30 days.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price (excluding original shipping) to your original payment method.


Sale & Promotional Items

Sale or promotional items, are final sale, unless faulty. 

No returns on sale & promotional items.


Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Email info@dezca.com.au with your order number, name, and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm your return and provide instructions.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt in case of delays or lost parcels.
